We understand that buying online can be tricky as you do not have the product in your hands when you order, we have 14 days open purchase policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, for example, intimate or sanitary goods.
The buyer is responsible for paying any shipping charges for the returned item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We cannot refund to another account than the account where the payment was made from.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Wrong or damaged item
Regarding possible reclamations, Everyday Baby AB follows the Swedish law “Konsumentköpslagen”, (visit www.konsumentverket.se to learn more). If a piece of merchandise is defective, you have the right by Swedish law to demand a refund. Contact us at email@example.com to give us notice of your defective item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item/items over 750 SEK, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns when paying with Klarna
Once your return has been completed, you'll get an updated invoice from Klarna.
You'll receive your refund from Klarna within 5-10 working days to your chosen account.

In case of dispute
In case of dispute we will comply with the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Complaints Board's (“Allmänna reklamationsnämnden”).
