By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We keep things simple to give you the smoothest possible shopping experience.
1. Orders and Payments
Order Confirmation:
When you place an order, we will send a confirmation to the email address you provided. This email contains all details regarding your purchase. If you cannot find it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Pricing:
All prices are listed in Euro (EUR) or Swedish Krona (SEK) and include VAT. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices when necessary, but you will always pay the price shown at the time of purchase.
Payments:
We accept several payment options displayed at checkout, such as Klarna and credit/debit card payments.
2. Personal Data
We respect your privacy. The information you provide is used solely to process your order and improve your shopping experience. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
3. Delivery Times and Shipping Fees
Shipping:
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Sweden.
All orders are packed and shipped on the first business day after the order is placed, which for most orders means within 24 hours.
We offer free shipping options for orders over:
Sweden: 500 SEK
EU: 60 EUR
Europe outside the EU: 70 EUR
Rest of the world: 75 EUR
Shipping Outside the EU:
Please note that you may need to pay import duties and taxes when receiving your package. For specific information regarding VAT and customs fees in your country, please contact your local customs authority.
Delivery Time:
We aim to deliver your order within 2-5 business days within Europe. For orders outside Europe, delivery times may vary. Orders placed during weekends or Swedish public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or holiday periods, deliveries may take longer due to higher shipping volumes with carriers. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
Unclaimed Packages:
If you change your mind, you must still collect your package from the pickup point and then make a return. If the package is not collected, it will automatically be registered as unclaimed, and we will charge a shipping and administration fee of:
Sweden: 200 SEK
Rest of the world: 30 EUR
4. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 30 days of receiving it. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service at return@everydaybaby.com to initiate a return.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.
We can arrange return shipping for you if you are located in Sweden or within the EU. The cost for a standard parcel up to 4 kg is:
Sweden: 65 SEK
EU: 15 EUR
5. Complaints and Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please notify us at return@everydaybaby.com within a reasonable time, preferably within 14 days after receiving the item. Please include photos of the defect if possible.
Once we have received and approved your complaint, we will offer either a replacement product or a refund, depending on stock availability. This does not apply to defects caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.
6. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions and your purchase are governed by Swedish law. In the event of a dispute, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or use the EU Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
We always strive to resolve any issues amicably, so please do not hesitate to contact us first.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website, including images, text, and design, is owned by Everyday Baby or our licensors. You may not use or reproduce any content without our written permission.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website. By continuing to use our services, you accept the updated terms.
